Dr. Holley Skinner

Dr. Holley Skinner was born in Springdale, AR and grew up in southwest Missouri. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Harding University in 2011. She went on to obtain her Doctorate of Optometry Degree from the University of Missouri St. Louis College of Optometry in 2015. She moved to the central Arkansas area soon after graduation. Dr. Skinner is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Arkansas Optometric Association. She performs comprehensive examinations and contact lens examinations. She is also certified in the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases including glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, cataracts, dry eye, and eye infections. Dr. Skinner enjoys seeing patients of all ages and is excited to be serving the people of Little Rock.

DR. PHILIP JAMES DEER, III

Dr. Deer was born in Memphis, and graduated from the Little Rock public school system. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Hendrix College in 1980. He graduated with his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1984, and completed his ophthalmology training at the University of Mississippi in 1988.
Dr. Deer is a board certified ophthalmologist and has been in practice in Little Rock for over 30 years. He is a founder of the Fair Park Surgery Center, member and past president of the Arkansas Ophthalmology Society as well as a member of the Arkansas Medical Society.
Dr. Deer specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology and cataract surgery and is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Deer is a member of the Rotary Club of Little Rock. In his free time, he and his wife Lynda enjoy traveling and spending time with their four children.
